MISUMI presents 38th ROBO-ONE / 22nd ROBO-ONE Light Competition Rules Revision
2021-02-15
1. Revision of the rules regarding the declaration of "OOWAZA" in Remote Laws of the Game 5-1.
If the name of the technique is unclear, declare it as "OOWAZA". The judges will judge its effectiveness. If there is no declaration before starting "OOWAZA", it will be judged as not "OOWAZA".
2. Regulation of competition: Addition of commentary on the backdrop of commentary 8.5-5
When robot lifts the opponent and throw it behind and tach to the ring, it is valid if the part above the opponent's fuselage is above the head of your robot and taches to the ring first, and 3 points will be given.
3. Momentary crouching motion refers to the crouching motion when the motion is not stopped. For example, crouching, holding an opponent, moving the centre of gravity, lifting, etc. are included in a momentary crouching motion.
The certification tournament is a local rule, and even if the "OOWAZA technique" is approved here, the judgment may differ from ROBO-ONE. Create "OOWAZA" motion on the assumption that it meets any of the competition rules 8.5.5 (a) to (d).
1). Metallic throw(The throwing technique in which the opponent rotates 180 degrees with the backdrop and attaches to the ring from the body) is one of a shoulder throw.
2). A handstand kick (a technique of standing upside down, kicking the opponent and returning to the original position) is not "OOWAZA" if you are not satisfied with 8.5.5 (a)-(d).
3). "Crab scissors" are effective if the attack is successful during rotation, but it is not effective even if robot pinched and knocked down while lying down after rotating.
